NiCd Pack Require's

Nickel Cadmium Batteries: Pack Strustures/Assemby Requirements
Most batteries are installed and used in their respective devices as battery packs. When using battery packs, conditions of use such as the device's ratings (voltage, load current), charge specifications and battery storage space decide the type of battery, number of cells, pack shape, pack components, etc. We design and manufacture battery packs that take into consideration the safety and reliability of batteries. Please inform us of your requirements.
Basic Structure
It is recommended that a thermister, which is used for temperature detection and a thermal protector or a P.T.C. element, which prevents excess temperature rise and external short-circuiting, be installed in a battery pack.
Case Pack
Custom specifications (resin case battery packs, etc.) can also be prepared upon request. Consult us for details. This can also be said for packs of prismatic batteries.
Example: Resin Cased Pack

Cautions:
* Please take into consideration the lead time required for making metal molds for resin case packs and the procurement of custom parts.
* Battery packs that indicate the remaining power and those that include a charging system internally can be prepared upon request.
* Please thoroughly consult us concerning details such as specifications and production schedule.

EXAMPLE

The required number of single cells are lined up in the radical direction of the cells, connected with nickel plates, and packed with a heat-shrink tube.
Single cells connected in an F type configuration are joined in 2 to 5 rows, and then packed with a heat-shrink tube.
The required number of single cells are arranged in line in the axial direction of the cells and connected with a connector plate then packed with a heat-shrink tube.
Single cells connected in an L type configuration are joined in 2 to 5 rows, and then packed with a heat-shrink tube.
Packs with Wire Leads
JST or Molex type connectors can be applied for battery pack assemmblies that require wire leads
