1. DC Supply source:

Soft switch technology regulates harmonius circui-,import elements which effectively reduces heat power loss and is 95%  effencient. High frequency 300KHZ AC signal for quick response and acuracy. Superior performance to major competors.

12 bit D/A calibration of base module instead of potemtionmeter, this  increases accuracy, overcomes temperature factors inherent in potentionmeter. Safely monitors excursion caused by mechanical characteristics and assures the acuracy of constant current  and constant voltage.

2.LED  Display Operation:

New "BIG SCREEN LCD" human- computer intereface display. Operation window is intuitionistic. Displays all operation states, working parameters, voltage and current levels/curves of the AC source.The operations menue of the Dc panel can be displayed, operated and adjusted by different menues. 23 basic working menues consisting of 4 categories.: Main window information, Information inquiry, System set-up and system controls.  Advanced operation model replaces traditional push button operation and increases reliabilty of system.

2.A. Main menue displays the state of the system (normal of faulty) and comprehensive parameters/data of system.

 
2.B. System set-up menue for all working stses and data checks of system, which includes 10 options. Set up for automatic management, so any changes to parameters not programed into modules will cause severs consequence. Password accessible for  operation authority management.


3. Battery Monitoring and Charge Management Function:

Monitors voltage of single battery, deescibes and records voltage curve simultaneously and directly on the LCD interface display.  DC panel can control T-V curve of average charge and floating charge voltage in relation to enviromental temperature and keeps battery at full capacity.


4. Special Storage Battery Automatic Activation Function:

GZDW-5 has high frequency Switch DC panel  for storage battry automatic activation device. Touch Start/ stop command on discharge measurement menue-DC panel will finish discharging. automatically, display discharge voltage and current in process of charging, finish calculating the capacity of the battery simultaneously and will display the capacity of the battery intuitively.

5. Faulty Inquiry and History Record:

At any time during operation all functions and working data can be checked .

6. Perfect Remote Transfer Funtion:

GZDW-5  has standard RS232 or RS485 computer communication interface, which offers bi-directional communication between the automatic control system and senses the function of "remote communication, remote measurement and remote control"
